Worst scooter service! It stopped in the middle of my route! It went from D -Drive- to S -Sport- on the screen and literally froze. Then I tried to park it, pause it but nothing. I tried switching from Drive to Sports and back again and still would not move! Then all of a sudden it started working again, but again no indication, as to how or why. Deleting it immediately, and it's such a pit, as the scooter itself is sturdy and good! Really bad service!

It's alright, the app doesn't feel too intuitive at first, but not too complicated to use either. The GPS isn't always accurate, so even sometimes you might need to move 4 or 5 meters away from the actual parking, and then take the scooter to the drop-off, to take the picture. As for the scooters, I advise you to be careful when driving them, the manoeuvrability makes it easy to turn, so a firm, steady grip, and balance, is key.

We agree with you that you need to concentrate on controlling the scooter while riding. Geolocation is indeed sometimes unreliable, so we're trying different ways to improve it. Thank you for such a detailed and positive review 🥰

DO NOT use this service...... the only plus is that it is dirt cheap. But there are reasons for that (MANY): 1. Brakes are very rigid (often have to grip hard to even get any braking action) 2. App itself is often unresponsive and buggy (e.g. not letting you end your ride...... had to scream at support for them to RELUCTANTLY end my ride) 3. the parking zones are sparse and NOT well defined 4. the suspensions on the scooter are shoddy and will lead to a bumpy (and ultimately dangerous) ride
