Same as the others. Won't allow me to log in. I uninstalled it and now it won't even install again. Unbelievable. Edit: Today (24 December 2021) I was able to reinstall and sign into the app. I was still unable to do so 2 weeks ago, so this appears to be a recent fix. However, the app seems to working fine with enhanced security features.

Very disappointed. The app is completely useless nowadays. it stopped working after update. Showing device limit reached. I was using the same device. No matter how many times i try to reach your customer service for help, just like the app, the customer service is also useless. un necessarily wasting our time and money. When trying to reset online banking password, the otp is not receiving even after several tries. Will seriously think about switching the service at this point.

The app was working perfectly before, but now I am unable to log in. Every time I try, it says the service is under maintenance and asks me to try again later. I even received an email saying the service is available, but the app still does not work. Please fix this issue as soon as possible because users rely on mobile banking for daily transactions.
