If you try to setup a payee for bank transfer, you will not have enough time before it logs you out. Even if you try to do it very quickly. Also, if you enter a wrong swift code and then try to fix it, the Bic code that self populates from the swift will not correct itself or let you edit it. I had to give up and go into the bank to make my transfer.

Utterly unreliable. This app fails at the most basic tasks. Most of the time it won't even open, and when it does, it’s a struggle to transfer money. It constantly freezes and shows errors right when I need it most. ADCB support is just as bad—inefficient and useless when you actually face a technical glitch. For a major bank, this level of performance is unacceptable. If you value your time and need to move your money without a headache, look elsewhere.

This is crazy, a banking app being down is so bad. It always says we are unable to carry out your instructions please try again later. I am sorry? even after updating it still shows the same! I cant log in!!! And they also never answered to my other requests online to change my service level. Crazy. Edit: Its been more than 5 hours and its still not fixed. Absolutely unacceptable for a bank!
