Lately, I've been having problems with not getting notifications for new orders (my acceptance rate just goes down), and the app doesn't end my dash when time runs out, it just keeps the dash going, but doesn't give me offers. Also, it's very slow to recognize when I enter the area sometimes taking 10 min+ to do so. Much better a year ago. Whether or not I even get a notification (or a text), or get it late, is 50/50. Warning, will rip you off on shopping! You won't get xtra pay 4 added items

Crashes, glitches, etc. Calling support doesn't seem to help anymore, as they tell me the same thing I already know and/or have done. "Make sure the app is up-to-date. If so, then just uninstall the app and reinstall it. Should be good to go then." As I already don't know that. On top of that, lately I can't schedule dashes, keeps giving an error message. Have to uninstall and reinstall the app every few days for it to work. Updates all the time, yet more crashes happen.

I'm not very happy. I've worked hard to get and keep my Platinum status but I keep getting 3-4 orders at a time. double dashing is normal but 3-4 isn't. normal I see it as an opportunity because more money. but every single time I finish one of those 3-4 orders at once I go from Platinum to gold like I can do something about the last time frame. it's 3-4 orders that I got at once!!!! that's not far to me or any other drivers out there. you want to give me 3-4 orders fine don't mess with myrating
