I have had a rewards account at DQ for over a year and recently since getting a new phone and installing the app I cannot get my account to work. I sign in using my email but when completing sign up I receive a message that it cannot be completed. So the app is completely useless. And forget going to the website to contact anyone through chatbot or any other means of communication. It seems that they do not want to deal with any issues their app or restaurants have.

I don't really understand the point of using the app. Like, there's deals, but they're not worth doing. 1$ off order of 15 or more, 1$ off a small blizzard treat, 9$ for a small cheeseburger, a small fry, and a blizzard treat, (with a 5$ up charge if you want a normal blizzard)... like did anyone ever actually check these deals. This combined with the restrictions on your rewards, the fact that the reward points expire, and the fact that there's a time limit when adding... not worth it.

The rewards and deals aren't really worth it, and it makes us pick up the order inside the store instead of in the drive thru which entirely undercuts the convenience of using an app. I tried using one of their "deals" that took 50% off "any order" except any order apparently doesn't include their food. This whole experience was terribly disappointing.
