one of the worst app for Captains. Very low fares = as I work with them they don't provide facilities to there drivers they offer very low fares, we can't afford with our car fuel.. even rikhsaw's (tuktuk) fares are higher then car. worst customer customer support for captains..

This app is getting worse. First, when we go to pick up the pessenger and then they don't come, you can't cancel the ride before 10 minutes if you do, you lose 10 points. Then, if the customer cancels after the rider or driver reach at location, our fuel gets wasted, and still, we don't get any points for this. On top of that, points decrease if we don't accept a ride. And now, this new "Select Goal" feature has made things even worse. Kindly fix these issues, otherwise, it's garbage

It is a very useless platform that we will advise all the other friends who work with it. This is a very bad choice for the driver. We will also tell them that you should advise the rest of your friends that this is not good.
