My experience with Yango Pro has been very disappointing as a driver. Fuel B prices keep increasing but fares remain the same, which causes financial loss for drivers. The bonus system looks attractive but when properly calculated it gives almost no real benefit. Another issue is bike categories. If a bike is 70cc the fare should be according to that, and if it is 125cc or 150cc the fare should be higher because fuel and maintenance costs are higher.

The fares are very low. If we don’t accept rides, our pro level decreases, and with a lower pro level, we receive fewer rides. Sometimes, even when we reach the customer’s pickup location and wait, we are not paid for that time. Cancelling a ride also reduces our pro level. Bonuses are often delayed, and missing just one ride can make us lose the bonus completely. All the hard work feels wasted, and the system seems unfair and demotivating.
