This app doesn't work reliably. VERY FRUSTRATING! MY Previous hearing aid worked great. All I needed was the Bluetooth settings. I could connect to both my phone and tablet reliably with no issues. Now that I have a pair, I can only connect using this app -- Bluetooth settings can't work. But the app fails most of the time. I REALLY hate it! They should allow one to use Bluetooth settings from the device. I paid over twice as much for a pair aids that don't work BECAUSE of this app!

24/09/24 reduced star rating to 1, would give zero if that were possible. Since the last update the app simply does not work. It won't connect. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing. I give up. I'm trying another app. 16/03/24 reduced star rating to 3. App doesn't seem particularly stable. It won't readily allow you to slide across to the mode you want. It keeps returning to the one you're trying to slide off the screen.

The app worked, mostly, for about a year. Lately I've been unable to connect via Bluetooth for listening, and yesterday or the day before it completely stopped connecting to my hearing aids so I don't even have a sense of my battery charge. Just as a test I connected my hearing aids to my computer via Bluetooth for the first time, so despite the long attempt with support staff at unitron, I can see that the Bluetooth function of the aids can work, contrary to support staff statement.
