You need to pair your hearing aids with this app to use it to control your hearing aids.

App availability:
The app is compatible with most hearing aid models. If you have hearing aids from 2016-2018 and haven't updated them yet, a hearing aid update is required for this app to work. We recommend regular hearing aid updates during your routine check-up with your hearing care professional.

For optimal performance, we recommend updating your device to Android OS 10 or later. To check the latest list of compatible devices, please visit:

The app is very straightforward and easy to use. The only major problem is that I have to uninstall and reinstall about every 2 to 3 months because the app just stops working which is difficult because then I have to reconnect it with my hearing aids in the charger. So if this happens at work, I'm pretty much stuck without being able to change any settings. additionally, it will just randomly disconnect from my hearing aids for a few seconds, which is odd.

So far, so good. I've not had any problems with the Bluetooth connection, and the app is very easy to use. A mode to stream sound to the hearing aids (at a settable level) would be good. I don't know the BLE/PP hearing aids' BT specs, and whether they can handle streaming or if the app sounds are sent as a single sample that is played in a loop, nor how battery life would be effected - after all they're hearing aids, not personal hi-fi. Overall, though, it's a great app.

Thank you so much for your feedback David! We're really glad to hear the app has been easy to use and that your Bluetooth connection has been working well. We appreciate your suggestion about adding a streaming mode with adjustable levels, that’s a great idea. We’ll be sure to share your feedback with our team for future improvements. Kind regards,

When it works, it's great. However, when it's hooked to my TV, it sometimes tells me that I've been disconnected, even though I can still hear the TV. BUT, since I'm "disconnected," I can't mute anything or go from "Streaming" to "General". Turning Bluetooth off & on doesn't fix it. Restarting my phone doesn't fix it. It's just crazy! I'm not sure if this is the app that controls my phone calls to my hearing aid, but they seem awfully low-volume through the hearing aid.
