when request came its very confuse to take or not. because loaction of pick up and drop is very not clear. u should show map on request like in indrive. location is unclear. so when reviewing in pickup and drop location request may b gone before accept. and 20% commission is too much and decourage to do ride. request are very low to complete 1% commission target. and rates are very low also. indrive is best.

Bubble Notification Issue. Location measurements was incorrect. Estimated Price was incorrect. Leaderboard is inappropriate. When request comes pic location is not clear. Their commission rate is very high at first 2 ride.

Hello dear Pathao team, I have been working with Pathao for more than two years now, and until today I have never had any complaints. However, due to the new features you have recently launched, I felt the need to share this concern with you. I hope you will understand and address this issue. Because of the new features, riders are now required to constantly look at the screen at any time. This increases the risk of accidents.
