The past few months the service has been awful. Even as a premier customer I feel unsafe using their services now. It's a very sad day to feel insecure about a great bank like HSBC but how can I trust them again? I notice that they won't put things in writing, only over a phone call so misinformation can't be documented properly.

I would like share my 18 months plus with HSBC. Initially it took nearly2 months to open the account, For some reason my initial deposit €100 was without asking changed into Sterling, I had traded the euro at 1.20 and had reason of exchanging at then rates. You relieved me of £50 for not having a balance? My funds spent 6 months in your high interest account. I was told the funds couldn't continue in that expired fund, so I transferred to another bank leaving £2500 balance you then took £50 👍

App just stopped working on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. Need to upgrade App but can't since "it's not longer compatible" with my Android device!!
