Keeps logging me out, OTKA is terrible because I keep verifying its me with the required 12+ character password as well as having to switch to otka to double verify. Having to do this 6 times a week on top of having to unlock the app every 5 minutes it's idle is absolutely a time killer. It stops me dead in my tracks when I need the app to scan something. I don't like wasting time at work over "a more secure way" to protect our data. Tired of having to type the longest password I've ever had in.

(Update 2/27/26) App is working as it should. Rating increased from 2 to 5 stars. It took over a year but now it works. Nice job! ----- Please fix the login issues we have each time PNet is updated. My OKTA verify is updated to the latest version and shows all areas of verification are green (working) but I still can't log in through my app OR the website. I even tried the 'Forgot Password' option and it tells me that isn't working currently. Devs, please do better. This is an abysmal app!

Y'all need an update BAD. I work at HEB and our services use to be that we could scan an item and it would tell us the immediate position so we could tell the customer. Since our store remodel, the app has been nearly useless other than checking my schedule. It's used for absolutely nothing else anymore because it has nothing left to offer. It needs to be updated with current live feeds that could be tied to our Product Adjustment. But hell, they dont care what I have to say.
