DFW Airport

The DFW app is amazingly handy for tracking gates, security time, check in times, even looking to see how long until the shuttle arrives. It can even show the best route from one destination to another. Going to leave your car at the airport? No problem, they have parking availability and prices right here. Even pay in advance and reserve your spot. I would give this app 5 stars but not all the gates and terminals have all the times listed. It makes the app feel unfinished.

The feature to look up pre-paid parking no longer works on the app. The website does not allow you to change the car which used to be possible in the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app couple of times, but I am still unable to see my pre-paid parking in the app. Luckily, my parking is way out in December, so I was able to cancel the parking and get the same deal with different plate information. I hope these people fix it. This has been going on for more than three months now.

This is a review of the Parking feature of the app. I used to love this app, now... I can't see my receipts anymore. I keep getting double charged. Lots say they're full on the app and then I get there and they're empty. UPDATE 5/27/25: Well, they fixed the receipt issue. Now I can't login anymore on the app. I can login just fine on the website so I know it's not a login issue.
