love Fabletics, but app will not open! I've already uninstalled and reinstalled, and it still just spins like it's trying to open and never does. I have two credits I want to use, and I can't open the app to use them! update on 3/16/26: the app won't open any categories. when I click on "denim" or "new arrivals" it says Oops! 0 results found! I can't shop!

The tariff fees are added in a way that you do not earn rewards and when you redeem rewards you pay extra. The app is always sluggish and frequently encounters errors. I find I have to contact customer support about every other order due to some kind of issue that has arisen. The lag time on VIP credit issuance is also frustrating, often being up to 5 days after payment has been made. That said the interface is intuitive, attractive, and easy to understand.

The app is running a lot faster now and I like the promos they do. I saw that they had fixed a lot of bugs a few days ago on the app. Today though, when I went to check out my cart, the language showing on the page is in French and English when it was in only English a few hours ago. I don't feel comfortable making a purchase at the risk of getting scammed. There isn't any ads in the app, just Yitty and Fabletics content being shown.
