There are outages on the app and the infrastructure doesn't seem to very stable at all. I get laggy behaviour, endpoints taking ages to respond, and I've been bombarded with multiple confirmation and error prompts when trying to book a class at my local club. Fingerprint reader is temperamental, I'm regularly logged out of sessions. The UX for the login screen needs work. Not sure which digital agency you guys got in to build this App, but you guys need to give them a GOOD telling off.

The app constantly doesn't work and I get errors. This only results in missing out on booking onto busy classes, which you pay for as part of your membership. 05/11/2025 Still awful, issues booking classes because the app keeps saying there are issues. A joke. can there be an online alternative aside from the app??? 03/03/2026 Still the worst app on my phone. Maybe work on improving it, its not like we don't spend enough money on membership

The app has constant issues. no notifications are shown properly. "Oops, something went wrong" is the screen I see most often recently, and having a baby to check into the baby club, I can not simply pop at the gym and try my luck. It is simply so annoying. It is already the third day in a row that I can not run any booking.
