Requested online for phone to be unlocked. Told to use the app. App DOES NOT WORK, therefore can't make the request. Request now denied because I didn't confirm it in the app THAT DOES NOT WORK. This is ridiculous! Using the chat now doesn't work, conveniently doesn't load. Calling is pointless. I would rate this app and ATT zero stars if that were an option. Thanks for nothing and the headache of my wasted time ATT. :/

Never been as frustrated with any company like this.. I can only imagine how little you must care about the customers. Asking for me to sign in, but the device has no number so I can't create an account without a number, ask to speak to a human, I have to be signed in for that is what the "service bot" told me. bought the phone, $40 prepaid card, and 2 sim cards. I assumed I was going to be using the phone the next day, months later, no at&t help at all, using TEXT NOW,

The app doesn't do nothing it won't even unlock your device. and you call ATT they just tell you use the app to unlock your device and you tell them it doesn't work right there is nothing they can do because they won't unlock your device. so I have a device I can't use for a other phone carrier because ATT don't want to help you.
