couldn't be worse: disorganized, buggy, messaging sticks and stutters, very difficult to find what you want and navigate, so much fine print negating credits for trade-in deals that you're better off buying elsewhere full price. They exclude 55+ from free trade in offers! Senior discrimination. Fine print says you can't make any changes to your plan for 90 days, or you'll get charged for whatever you ordered that should have been free. Run, don't walk, to a prepaid service.

This app is supposed to be seamless and easy. Especially when viewing and paying your bill. Have become more into relying on paying electronically because I don't have time to stop at a store. And when I have my days off, I don't have the energy to sometimes get up and get dressed. I've been trying now for the last two years to merge all accounts involving my home number, and to no avail nothing seamos to work. Because they have to send some kind of code to confirm. And my number is on a house.

It works but everytime I switch tabs on my phone the app logs me out. Recently I've been having to go in and out of the app constantly while reaching out to customer service. The issue lies in me having problems getting into my account quickly as there is no biometric bypass protocol or PIN that could get me in faster. Not to mention within the application I cannot see all of my devices. I have two separate adresses on my account that I am maintaining.
