All they know how to say is ..... we are overwhelmed with withdrawals, so you can try again 30mins later. I've tried for about 50 times and my money is still hanging with them. If you have an emergency, don't use this app. Certainly they'll pay out but not at your convenience. By this, I say Jeroid is unreliable. Very annoying and frustrating!
