serious it's really annoying using this app, it's taking a long time to received sms verification at my own end, why i am receiving other messages on my phone, even contacted support no reply till now, you need to do better with your support team. it's really tiring

Strongly dissappointing, at the beggining it worked out just fine, they would let me access to my funds with barely no restrictions (rather than the legal ones, of coure), until for some reason (god knows which one) they decided to close my account. I took the time to read through their policies and noticed I did nothing wrong. Personally, i would never suggest this service, TO ANYONE.

I have an existing account with this app, but I’ve been unable to log in for several days because I am not receiving the verification SMS. This has been a recurring issue. I have already confirmed that my device is receiving other messages normally and that nothing is being filtered into my spam folder. I am reiterating my complaint: you are not responding to support emails, and there is no phone number to call, be cautious if you have money with this app
