Horrible. I cannot access this anymore out the blue after it was working. No 1 can seem to help and I cannot access the platform my company is paying for to conduct business. This is very frustrating and they need to come up with a better solution if you want to keep your accounts.

There must be a PIN code or biometrics set as default to access the OTP. Currently, apps don't have PIN code. It will be good to have PIN code and biometrics options for users to select rather than the only biometrics option. Have 2 options, and It will be a very good app. There are apps currently in the market that already have these 2 options.

I refuse to use my personal phone for work. The system takes numerous times to log in. You can not copy and paste to code. I would love to give it less than one star. I have wasted so much time to try to log in to pay off cars. Someone who worked at a dealership should have tried this procedure before you made up use this process.
