formatted terribly. All of the UI is way too big so you can't even see everything. A lot of the text and icons overlap because of it and other features can't even be seen because it's cut off. I had to go to the website in order to add another one of my children to my account because selecting the option to add a student within the app didn't give me any way to actually add my child. and the app is painfully slow too. this app needs a major overhaul in order for it to be effective.

The worst pay for lunches app ever. The option to pay by e-check is there but when I go to pay a balance or add money, it says the payment method isn't allowed. They do that so you pay their 4 dollar service fee just to add money. The look is very dated and boring. The max amount of 120 is ridiculous. I should be able to pay a whole year and not have to do it in batches where I keep getting hit with the service fee. Shame shame!

Update Feb 2026: none of the below issues have been resolved in nearly four years. What's the point of having a "remember me" option when the app LITERALLY NEVER REMEMBERS YOU? Also, if I'm logging in with biometrics, why am I still forced to use multi factor authentication? If someone has my thumb, let them pay for something. ORIGINAL REVIEW ->Just an absolute mess of an app. Randomly logs you out, sometimes will push over to the website instead of loading the app. Loses purchase history etc
