This book was hard to rate. The story follows Paedyn's best friend. Desperate to survive without Paedyn and her thieving skills, Adena jumps at the chance of a new friend. As she slowly falls for her unlikely friend, she merely continues Powerless' story from her perspective. Definitely a good book, and the only reason I have it at four stars is that it is a novella, and therefore not very detailed. Other than that, Lauren nailed this book.

Of course, it's a great book. Of course, since it's novella, it's shorter and less detailed. I gave it four stars simply because there could've been a bit more detail. Other than that, great read!

Well this was Sad heh this was honestly so good Adena and Mak add a whole new level to the story and really elevate the over lap between the first book powerless honestly this book is so worth it I highly recommend reading it before reckless though
