Having no obtrusive ads for the first few levels, and leaving and coming back to having obnoxious flashing ads at the bottom of the screen is a bad choice to try to force people to buy the way to expensive ad free version. Plus having the ads not respect the fact I muted the app is bad. I'm only doing this for an app I play for cash. so I'll probably delete soon.

I love the game. I play it on other devices as well. however, my android app has not been loading for more than a week now, and it's caused me to miss out on a lot of progress. I have cleared the cache, restarted my phone, checked for updates with the game, updated my phone, uninstalled it, and reinstalled the game. unsure of how else to fix this issue.

I have 10 days to get to level 40, and I'm on level 37. Now... Game will no longer load past 100% screen. Tried contacting customer service, and after I responded to my email, I no longer received a response of any kind. I bought the subscription, which just renewed, and I can no longer even log in. Apparently, this is a repeated issue with other gamers.
