The meal tracking options are not user friendly. There isn't a way to search for items other than scanning a picture, so for example, if I went out to dinner there is no easy way to log the meal. And even for the items that I can scan, it automatically assigns 1 serving and doesn't let you increase the amount. So when I had 2 servings of Dijon mustard, I had to scan it twice since there was no way to edit the amount.

would rate a 5 but don't like the meal logging. it's too restricted, you can't edit portions. the AI feature doesn't always capture the right food. the system doesn't save entries, too much duplication. so I use a different app to log meals. what I love about this app is the intermittent fasting feature. it's very user friendly and my best experience with intermittent fasting. I lost 3.5 week 1 and I love the workouts and support group

This app is not really user friendly. There needs to be a way to go back to previous days to make corrections. We need to be able to add each item in a meal if we had multiple things in a meal and a way to make a correction. This app was just not useful for me. If I forgot to click start fasting and remember to click a bit late, there is no way to adjust the time for when fasting actually started. Everything this app has I can do on my own for free with a calendar and my notes app
