The app does not display full ticket details such as the date and time. It shows an in-app notification every time it is opened. The selected payment method is not saved, and the app asks for payment confirmation on each use. There is noticeable lag when loading nearby parking information, and it frequently displays the message: 'We’re facing a technical issue. Try again later.'

Frequent IT issues. App lags many times, doesn't accept payments from within the Parkin app wallet, this morning it would not even allow me to do anything, spent 10 minutes and then decided to do through the RTA app itself. Pls check and debug the app. Losing time while trying to make a payment could result in an exorbitant parking fine only due to IT issues!

Extremely frustrating experience with the Parking app. I selected 8:00 PM parking for 4 hours yet the app charged me AED 23 for parking starting at 8:00 AM the next day, which is about 14 hours in advance from the time I intended to park. This kind of error is unacceptable for an official parking payment system in Dubai. When users select a specific time, the system should charge only for that exact time period.
