The NPS mobile app has several issues. - The app is very slow and often shows “Failed to reload” when loading data. - Payments sometimes show as failed, but the amount still gets deducted from the bank account. - Contributions take 2–3 days to reflect with no clear status. - The dashboard lacks important details and is not updated in real time. Overall, the app needs improvements in performance, payment handling, and real-time updates.

I am facing an issue in the NPS app. My email address was entered incorrectly by mistake. When I try to edit and update it with the correct email address, it shows “Your request is pending.” Please resolve this issue and allow me to update my email address without showing the “request pending” notification. I should be able to edit and update my details directly without any pending status.

Worst app experience. The login system is a nightmare. Every time it forces a password change and doesn’t allow the last four passwords. Most people don’t use this app regularly, so they forget passwords. Even with biometric login enabled it still asks for password changes. Password reset sometimes fails, and the app falsely says I’m logging in from a different device even though I use the same phone. With this difficulty, how are older people supposed to use this app?
