MyREC SmartHub provides Rappahannock Electric Cooperative customers account management at their fingertips. Customers can view their usage and billing, manage payments, notify customer service of account and service issues and receive special messaging from REC.

App is ok overall but I can no longer see my bill projection which is pretty important in the winter. They finally fixed reading the daily kwh usage but now you cant see current rate. Please fix this.

the application is pointless unless you have an iPhone the only function that works is to pay your bill and the app hase been this way for several months

At least I can pay the bill but the whole point to have a app to me to hopefully fulfill what used to be.. Just by looking at the old meter I knew how many kilowatts being drawn instantly. On the app they only give you history its not live and since they replaced ours with digital meters theres been alot of high bills
