BIOMETRICS broken again. SUPPORT!!! DIFFICULT COMMUNICATION... Would be great except too many days usage missing on graphs. App is often missing data for some days. Account view should show if sched. payment. Great app if consistently worked as intended. ×× Rebranded SmartHub** SmartHub works well with some utility companies & less so with LCEC. LCEC needs to work with SmartHub to fix problems or find another vendor.

My favorite part is I can review my daily electricity usage as early as the next day. This helped me lower my bill and quit wasting energy. Im saving a good amount of money. This app makes paying for my bill so easy. I can open it with my fingerprint so I don't have to remember my password. I click on "pay" and choose from my saved accounts how I want to pay and I'm done. Bill pay has never been so easy.
