I had a very disappointing experience with Air Arabia. My flight scheduled for 1 March was cancelled. I renewed/rebooked the ticket for 11 March, but even after confirming the new booking, my ticket was cancelled again. Since then, I have tried contacting customer support multiple times, but I have not received any proper response or solution to my problem. It feels like passengers with economy tickets are not being given the same priority, while first-class passengers are being served first.

Poor customer handling during disruption. A delay caused me to miss my connecting flight under the same booking, and no proper assistance was provided at the time. I had to arrange another ticket myself. The app does not allow last-minute changes, and reaching a real support agent is very difficult. Despite missing the flight due to their delay, my refund request was denied. Very disappointing experience.

Most useless travel app ever made by human. No proper instructions on how to raise a refund request on a cancelled ticket, you can't connect with a customer executive for a support, then why this app is there. Funny part is app works if you have booking and if we are paying money, in case of refunds it will stop working and the app will frustrate you an extent that sometimes we will get out of control. Atleast, give an option of selecting refund option.
