they just updated their app apparently and made it extremely difficult to pay your bill. why change what was already just fine ? also adding a 5$ charge to all transactions??? get it together usaa and fix your system, it wont even let me "manage my accounts" when trying to add a payment. it should not be this hard to make a payment. previously took me 30 seconds, now I dont even know how to add the account to pay!

loved the app, but the most recent update is terrible. I've never had login issues, but I balanced my books using the app. payments issued using bill pay showed as pending until they cleared (ach) or I matched them (checks). now they only show pending until issued, so i have to keep track of checks issued via bill pay, which means I might as well go back to physical checks. I assume it has something to do with the bill pay service as it's a 3rd party but it means that I'll be switching banks.

Been a member for 10+ years. This Non-existent Digital bank has been okay for the most part. Banking service is about the only thing that you dont have to make Triple digits to afford. over the past 6 months, they have seriously gone down hill. no weekend coverage, no App support and "Lets lock your account day before bills are due every month, you can sit on hold for 6 hours, "I'm sorry, I can't find any reason your account was locked, besides our algorithm" switching to Cash app.
