The TV remote functions are extremely basic. The main reason for 2 stars is this fails to keep connection with google home 99% of the time, had no issue with other devices and this one will work every now and again but in general I've given up with google home voice commands for the TV. A bit rubbish really.

Updates then doesn't connect with my TV. Everything's working fine, until an update. I don't understand, is the technology evolving autonomously and you can't keep up? how can this be less reliable than 120 year old remotes?

this app would be great, except it only recognises my TV as being online about 1 in 10 times. have to open the app, wait, it fails, close the app, reopen, wait, etc etc. it's not a particularly old phone, nor an old TV. WiFi is fast, and TV is on same room as the router. Really should be fine
