Talk isn't available in the UK even though the site says it is. the connection isn't stable even using 5g full bars. Waste of time and money trying to setup a unifi network. In response to their reply: I just had a look at the usa pro plan, it would make the monthly fees 20x the normal plan for a small team, just for an app that connects to our udm pro. M365 and Teams phones would be a cheaper option at that point.

Currently, using the UniFi Talk Softphone feature requires a UniFi Talk Pro Plan subscription. Please note that the Pro Plan is presently only available in the United States.

horrible! I just moved into an apartment complex and they use this app. it won't recognize or give me the option to take a picture of my face so basically useless because I can't even set it up. I have a Galaxy S 23 ultra, it's really not that old and was top of the line phone a few years ago. anybody with suggestions please help, I can't even get into my own apartment building with this

Awful and clunky, installed 2 days ago and already needs updating. Can't say my name properly even though it's a basic name to pronounce with no option to disable. Editing to say, reply from developer is moot. I am not the installer of the program, I am a forced user. Meaning I have no ability to disable functions like that. And meaning, instead of feeling like I have more security, I now have even less with everyone in earshot now knowing my name. This is a ridiculous feature.
