For my Hyundai Kona, the charging works fine when the app actually works. Every few charging sessions, the app loses connection with the charger halfway through charging. When this happens, the charging stops and I'm unable to charge again for about 24 hours, even after switching stalls. I know it's not my adapter or car because there is a non-Tesla fast charger down the road that I have to switch to when this happens. NACS should not have been made the US charging standard. Too many bugs.

When I change the charge limit for my vehicle from WITHIN the app most of the time it doesn't "stick." Oh sure, the app shows what I changed it to initially and for some time, but when I wake in the morning the 100% I know I set it to in the app suddenly shows on the app slider like I set it to 94% or something else random and now it stopped charging early. Beyond frustrating when I was planning a trip needing that extra energy!! X( This is never a problem setting the slider for charging IN CAR

The communication between this app and the car is the worst. I asked for 100% charge SO many times and it kept resetting to 85% eventually it didn't. I wake up and it's at 85%. I have 20 minutes before I leave. So I ask it to charge some more. I look back 5 minutes later. It's not charging. FFS!
