I really want to give this a five-star review but the app unnecessarily and unfairly charges you a service fee and a processing fee to pay rent or anything using the app if you're lucky it is as low as $20 but a lot of the time it is closer to 40 or as high as $60 for using the app to pay for anything. I don't understand why it's so high or why the service fee or processing fee even exists in the first place All I know it is very painful to use this app.

it sucks that the auto pay feature gets turned off every year which has caused me to miss a few payments. probably an intentional feature and not a bug so they get to charge more late fees

Hi John, TenantCloud does not collect late fees. Those can only be set up by and paid to your landlord. However, I'll definitely pass this feedback along to our team for future improvement. In the meantime, I would encourage you to enable all notification settings that are payment related so you get notified when the expiration is coming up. 🙂

Worst app and terrible company. They are for landlords but make all their money charging tenants. They have stolen 81 dollars out of my bank account so far. I get nothing from this and certainly would not sign up with them if I wasn't forced to do so by the landlord. Terrible company. They are specifically for landlords but make all their money charging tenants banking fees. So far they have taken $81 from me and I got nothing from their 'service'. Wouldn't use them if I didn't have to
