It feels like the company has just made the watch and forgot, the app is so pathetic that after the watch battery is exhausted and you charge again it will reset the app freezes to white blank screen ultimately forcing you to reset your watch data and uninstall / install the app to start over again as if it's a new watch. your health data is gone. Developers are sleeping and least bothered. if you're planning to buy this watch "AVOID" Spend a little more on Samsung watch instead.

The watch does not receive any updates every hour. It is time to connect and use it again when needed. It is clear. Just clear the data and you will be connected again. There are no good features in the watch.

Often crashes. Need to reinstall every other day. Cannot retain data once it crashes. Very disappointing when you lose all your hardwork of a whole week or even of days. Hope company will do something.
