Very bad app, highly don't recommend. My experience with the customer service was terrible. I have provided all the details requested for a transfer and yet the transfer was not successful. I raised a ticket with the team and it took them 12 hours to respond with nothing. They couldn't give me a reason why the transfer was not processed and they said they won't process it until I provide a copy of the recipients ID!! Absolutely complicated process and not professional at all.

Some checks, such as requesting the recipient’s ID, are required for certain transfers to comply with regulations and keep transactions secure. Once the recipient’s ID is provided, our team will be able to review and proceed with the transfer.

Very quick transfer. Only delay is when you're sending to someone new for the first time. And majority of the time, the transfer rate is higher that 2 other apps that I use. Won't say the name but you can guess which ones. After the second time that this is happening, I've had to review my review. Your money might occasionally get locked up in a 'in progress' transaction. When money is sent and is locked up in a 'in progress' situation for 2 days, it causes massive inconveniences.

“Great competitive rates! However, sending amounts over 1K takes quite a long time to process, even though the money is already deducted from the bank. Hoping the processing time for larger transactions can be improved for a smoother experience.” Also already contacted there customer support but until now, issue haven't resolve.
