The special coupons for free items one has to get by using the in-store digital kiosk used to be available in the digital coupon section in the app. Why is that no longer the case? The ad for it can be seen, but not clicked on, in the print view of the weekly circular, but it's not visible at all in the grid view, which I usually use. And after you go to the kiosk, it doesn't show up with your saved digital coupons. So one has to print it out to see the specifics of the item that's free.

This app has a mind of its own. So many times, when I go to check out for delivery, I see items that I have never ordered in my cart. Now, when trying to access the "Free pick-up / delivery", the screen keeps "verifying the device" and just goes on and on. It never opens to make selections to qualify for free delivery. Delivery with Pea Pod was so much better: they were on time; the drivers never got lost; every item in the cart was delivered. This Instacart is a joke.

The app no longer gives me the delivery option. I called and they "fixed" it, but it's broken again. I agree with the other comments on sponsored products and having to click more/resetting every time. I have been using this a long, long time but can't see the value if it doesn't work and it's delivered by Instacart (which I already pay for). Thinking of cancelling.
