Cannot change my contact info, even though my main Walgreens account has everything correct. I cannot connect the account to see all medications, or have a an authorized family account. All in all, not very helpful. Have to go through the main, and very annoying AI phone system to get anything really done. I have just been switched to Walgreens from CVS and have to say it has not been a pleasant experience and the app has been no better. Epic Fail.

I can't order refills with the app. How silly is that? Thus app is only useful for tracking shipments and order status.
