Absolutely bonkers that this app requires precise location access AT ALL TIMES. You'd think would only need it for initially pairing to the bike but the moment you disable location access for the app the Bluetooth connection with the bike is severed. It cannot be reconnect unless you allow precise location access. This is creepy and unnecessary for starters and negatively affects battery usage on the phone. I cannot recommend this company to anyone right now because of this bizarre choice.

I literally can't get this app to stop running in the background without restarting my phone. Pretty mediocre UI and difficult to find the firmware update which is all I care about. I wish this was the same Ecosystem as Turbo. The bike itself is a fine cargo bike for anyone under 5'10".

It won't let me log in because it says I didn't accept the terms in conditions. But it says by clicking "log in" I am accepting the terms and conditions. Can't use the app for my Haul. And when it did work it would run in the background and eat up battery and be a pain to close.
