As of March 2026, the app has made a major leap backwards. they finally had the mobile app working just like it did on a regular laptop. Now I can't even edit the gages for any effects on my track/files I import. Also, what's the point of including the equalizer effects when I can't even change any of the settings on it?? using the older version before this new one came out is 10/10 music creating experience. I hope the new test version can fix this later on.

I use this app on a computer at school and it works amazing. But, on mobile, it's an utter disaster. It's buggy, audio won't download, things disappear from time to time. I give it three stars only because the desktop version is lovely to work with, but I only have access to that version at school. Please fix the bugs, this is a wonderful, beginner-friendly music software, but it could be so much better on mobile

The app is amazing especially if you are a beginner however, I can't directly download my music to my phone. I wish the experience was more like that of the experience on PC. I find that the mobile app is a lot harder to navigate, and is missing several features, and the audio is so much Better on PC. Therefore if you can you are better off is the PC application. However I do still recommend soundtrap.
