Very easy to get full system information. Every day I go in and check panel performance. After a week of no production because of snow cover I did get a notification from them about the issue. Wasn't too concerned because I do check my system every day. A year ago the app was showing no production on a bright sunny day. Communication was fine, called my customer support, they talked me through doing a full system reset. Everything was now good.

this is purely about the monitoring app, as the benefits of the whole system are great. the App however has started to freeze whenever I go into it. I have not been able to see any data for weeks. luckily I have home assistant setup to see that the system is still working. doesn't seem to be much in the way of support either, apart from my installer, who obviously has nothing to do with the app...

For several months now I have not been able to set the billing cycle on rolling days, it spins and spins, and when I exit the app it resets to some other date range. This makes it very hard to track my usage. It also only shows kWh data to 3 digits, so you lose a lot of resolution once you get above 1000kWh in a month. Not great.
