never had a bad experience till I finally earned a free pizza. I put it in my cart checked out and realized it never applied. I went to re order my food and had to spend more money cause they cant accept an order for $0. fine. well then within 1 minutes of placing the second order from my first it took the resturant 13 minutes to see it. my first order sat for 20 minutes before the second finished. this is why it makes sense to just call the old fashion way.

Hi Sarah! It appears the reward wasn’t applied to the first order before checkout, which led to a second being placed. We equip our partners with technology to accept orders in real time and provide accurate updates, however, we regret that we fell short in this instance. A truly disappointing experience from start to finish. The chat functionality does not appear to be monitored (waited 15 minutes for my message to be acknowledged). After finally speaking with someone via chat, I was unable to save the transcript. My issue was not resolved by chat, or by phone. The app's order tracking is not synced with the delivery courier tracking. It's 2026. Do better. I would love to be able to give this app & company zero stars.

terrible. there's no way to accurately track or follow up on your order. the order status never changes. you contact support and they basically tell you what you already see on the screen which is nothing..i wouldn't use it at all if the restaurant i wanted to order from didn't refer me to the app to place the order. it's awful. id rather call and go pick it up myself.
