The most frustrating customer service ever. The app is faulty and doesn't allow me to cancel the sim. For two months I've tried everything. I've emailed, I've called, I've messaged. The operators tell me the same thing over and over depote me saying that it doesn't work because the app has a bug and doesn't process the cancellation of the sim card. I'm so frustrated and I want to move to another service but I cannot because this sim card is still active.

The Service are very bad, I have been ordering yaqoot sim for the last 3 days and it is still showing "preparing your order". When I try to cancel my order, it's shows error. I was switching from another operator to yaqoot but now I won't.

Prices? Competitive. Service? Poor. Information? Stuck on 3 years ago! Reliability? Poor (you'll face tons of issues due to bad implementation of services, and items you pay for won't work many times) App UI? Hideous. Slow. Inaccurate. Overall? Only get this if you have an eSIM and want huge amounts of data. (check coverage of Zain in your area first too) Edit: now eSIM or not, you pay the same. Also, other providers now have similar plans. Forced updates, 0 changes, always!
