It could be better. Not friendly. Very confusing for older people. It constantly asks you to book (constant prompts to book in other properties). Maps are not interactive or with guided directions. From the email check-in, you have to go in and re-enter your data all the time. It doesn't recognize that you are at a resort and ask you if you want to go into "resort mode". Can't generate an itinerary of the hotel activities you want to be part of. Can't use it as a hotel or towel key.

The app is not intuitive, it keeps making me select that I am at the hotel then it has me search it up and select it. and if I accidentally hit the back button it sends me back to the original screen where I have to select that I am at a hotel again. The map function has restaurants at the resort in the incorrect places, it's missing some restaurants, and it has no zoom function only pan. The paper map I got from the front desk is more useful than the app for getting around.

The app is pretty useless. I reserved the Steakhouse restaurant & when I showed up they didn't have it. I should have screenshot the confirmation. I did screenshot the next time, but didn't have a problem with the 2nd reservation. Every time I opened the app, I had to tell it I was there and which hotel, so annoying. Most of the time it didn't work. The only thing it was good at, was that you could see the menu, but be careful, it kept backing out and it was difficult to use.
