The notifications are not accurate when I'm using my Fitbit. Today the notification said my sleep debt went up, but when I opened the app, it "realized" what my sleep debt really was (it went down). I would give the app 4 stars, except this is such an essential feature for me. Besides the notifications, it seems like a good app for tracking your sleep. If you want to use this app, I highly recommend getting a used Fitbit. It will make RISE more accurate than just your phone.

could be pretty useful if it worked. It linked to my garmin easily. But in its current state it's worthless. After one night of using it it told me I'm already 13 hours in sleep debt from one night and no matter how many times I tell it that I have to get up at 6:00 a.m. it tells me that I need to go to bed by 11:30 to get 9 hours of sleep. The math isn't mathing. I'll give it another week to adjust if that's the problem. Then I'll update my review.

Fairly decent, as long as you can keep up on updating the app for sleep and wake times it seems to be pretty accurate as far as energy potential throughout the day. My biggest complaint/wish is there needs to be a built in alarm clock to work in tandem with the optimal wake time associated to your alarm. If it's supposed to be tracking sleep cycles it should also know the best time to wake. I also don't like that it couples your weekday awake time and weekend awake time for when you should sleep
