reliant has always done me right. I love being able to see my usage and it's cost with all charges included so I can pay that amount ahead of time. by the time my bill comes out I only have a very small amount to pay or it's paid. we used to be pay check to pay check figuring out what bills could wait and doing this has changed it all up for us before raises at the work place. no guessing, straight forward. and if there is a problem they help you app is easy to navigate

Ive been using reliant for a few years now and I'm very happy with them and their customer service. Their app is very easy to use and navigate. I can access my Nest thermostat from the apps home screen and make changes to my apartments temperature. I can also see my daily usage and adjust accordingly to make sure my bill isnt too high.

This app takes way too long to load every page. Once it does load, you try to press a button & it starts reloading the same information again. It took me 5 attempts to add a credit card. I was not able to paste my card number in, &when I switched to my bank app to look at the number again, everything disappeared. I had to paste it into the Name field, just so I could type it all out. Then I submitted it. All the information disappeared & the app did nothing 4 30secs. Took 5m more to pay my bill
