I've been smoke-free for a year now. At the beginning, this definitely helped. I'd check the smoke-free timer often, and after a few months not wanting to reset it if I smoked became extra incentive to avoid cigarettes. Great app! UPDATE- 9 years, 4 months, and 3 weeks since my last cigarette. I rarely check the app anymore, but when I do I'm shocked at money saved and time regained. I've recommended it to many friends to quit smoking and it's helped them. Still wonderful, and still worth it

Hi Mike, congrats for over 9 years and 4 months! We're glad to see that the app is always there in the background recording the great progress you've made. We hope your friends find the app just as helpful, thanks for recommending us :)

On those days when every part of my being asked, "Why am I quitting," it really helped to review my stats on this app, see my progress, throw down a "Diary Entry" indicating my struggle, all contributing to distracting my thought process and keeping me smoke-free another day. It's nice to check in on good days, see those intial struggles, and understand I can make it.

I was looking for an app to help me easily understand my day to day progress and health status from finally becoming smoke free. This app is perfect! It's very clear and so easy to understand. Beyond that, when you see your daily progress, it encourages you to keep going. I am 15 days smoke free, (I do use a nicotine patch), and loving it! Some say that its no big deal to quit while using the patch, but YES IT IS! It's 1000x better to be smoke free with a patch then continue inhaling chemicals!
