Quite literally the worst app I have ever used. Customer support is worse than useless. After changing my phone I have been locked out of Pearson services which has hindered my work. Spent 45 minutes plus on a chat to get access only to be told I'd have to call back for help as they, the customer support, couldn't help me. Absolute joke! Why don't you allow users to register new devices more easily rather than putting us through the torture of your customer (non)support?!

If I could give it a MINUS 1 - I would have done that. Agree with what my raters below have to say. i.e. if it is not broken, do not fix it. I have been 'playing' around with this thing for the last 55 minutes and am DONE with it. Called Pearson to get tech support and all I got was their virtual assistant who is as good as trying to milk a bull. We will decide if we want to move away from Pearson to another company which offers similar tests.

Offensively unhelpful. Support is almost unreachable. All this makes it harder to access resources that are never improved. Concerning incompetence (as always) from an exam board. Positive reviews for this are all suspicious. They seem like backend workers trying to defend their work, edexcel employees missing the point, or spam. The problems go beyond the app, the website it enables access to is useless. Poorly maintained database of exam questions, and all their inadequate mark schemes.
