If there was an opportunity for a minus zero star I'd give it to this app! I can't access my account since the name change from Optimus to plutusneo- it's been one issue to the other. 60 seconds otp for a password reset and it takes ages to deliver it to the email not even the phone no. before you give an excuse that it may be the network. You eventually get the otp on your email and your entire 60 seconds have elapsed with a constant notification that the code you have entered is invalid!? -0 ⭐

just Run from this app, I wish there was a negative score for this app, it would be negative 200, imagine looking at funds you have in the app got stocks and the stocks are not assigned or identified, yet customer care have no idea what to do keep saying screenshot it for us- the transaction history does not even show what the fund was used for.

I have never used a financial app that is as poor as this. a. The Audit function on the app makes it impossible to track transaction. b. You can generate a report for more than 6 months, making it impossible to balance transactions. c. You cant trace back the rate at which optilock was made post maturing making it impossible to verify the interest paid. d. The customer care guys are professional in their approach but knows nothing about investment. Some of them can't do simple addition
