I am an Australian restaurant owner and extremely disappointed with the Android application. It constantly has stability issues and occasionally has missing tags in the data (e.g., The Shift Stats are missing the words) and, worse , the pictures displayed in the Google Store do not reflect the application. I am considering moving to another booking platform. After a major outage impacting bookings: we moved to SevenRooms.

Practically useless on Android. Incredible to see over 5 years of negative reviews for the Android version and not a single response from OT's customer support team. Clearly, they have zero intention to make any improvements in the future. Way to disregard almost 50% of its paid subscribers.

Edit: there is a major disconnect with receiving a confirmation email, after entering username and password. I cannot access the app and haven't been able to find a work around, for several weeks. Android version does not show anywhere near what the iPhone version shows and it's quite awful, where keeping track of guests amd shift flow are concerned.
